NerdWallet aims to provide financial clarity for all of life’s decisions. As the lead CRM copywriter, I translated complex financial concepts into clear, engaging email content. I was often tasked with covering the same core topics repeatedly, which required developing fresh, compelling angles to keep the content relevant for our audience. Many of these campaigns saw a 200%+ Revenue Per Mille (RPM) increase, and boosted company revenue by an average of 245%.
